Data Deletion Instructions

Submit a deletion request

For information controlled by I3 LLC, email support@engageaihub.com with the subject “Data deletion request”. Provide enough information to identify the relevant account or record, such as the account email, business or workspace name, or phone number used in the conversation. Do not send passwords, payment card details or unnecessary identity documents.

For information held by a business using Engage AI, contact that business first. We support authorized deletion requests under the applicable agreement and law.

Identity and authority verification

We or the responsible business may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. This protects information against unauthorized disclosure or deletion.

Deletion scope and outcome

Authorized deletion workflows remove or de-identify the relevant records and linked information within their supported scope. The outcome depends on the records requested and the responsible business’s instructions. Ask for confirmation of which records were deleted and which, if any, were retained.

We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain the outcome or any applicable retention exception. Cancelling a subscription or disconnecting an integration does not itself constitute a data deletion request.

Limited retention and backups

Limited information may remain where necessary for legal or financial recordkeeping, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or proof that a deletion occurred. Retained information remains subject to access controls and applicable retention requirements.

Deleted information may remain in backup copies until those copies are replaced or expire under the applicable backup process. Backup expiry is separate from deletion of active application records; contact us for information relevant to your request.

Records held by other providers

Deletion from Engage AI does not automatically delete information independently held by Meta, WhatsApp, the business customer or other providers. Contact those parties or use their account controls for information they control. Removing an app or business integration does not by itself delete information already received by Engage AI.
